Project Coordinator—Monitor project schedules. Create and manage databases for project tracking
and evaluation, produce a variety of analytical reports to measure
performance and progress of ongoing projects.
Collection of critical technical data from a variety of resources. Identify and use technologies appropriate for

include the onsite verification of cricital equipment at Milnie
Point, and Greater Prudhoe Bay, for the purpose of bill of mateirials

all requirements are accounted for and turned over to client within
specific time constraint. Expedite distribution of vendor data for
technical review and approval. Prepare and upload data to BPXA’s
data repository, Documentum.

Engineering Aide—Provide coordination and organizational
support to project engineers through planning and oversight of project
management processes, project coordination and project documentation.
Assist with gathering technical data, literature and documentation
research, preparation and maintenance of filing systems, and data

Image / Data Processor—Use scientific imaging analysis
software (ImagePro Plus) to capture precise measurements from the
object of a digital photograph, exporting the statistical data to
an Excel spreadsheet. Perform
error control checks on erroneous output from the database.
Maintain electronic files of processed images and resulting
spreadsheets. Track processing
status of some 5,000 digital images and related spreadsheets.
